etch. is MasterChef: The Professionals winner Steven Edwards’ flagship restaurant located on Church Road in Brighton & Hove. Previously a bank, etch. has a modern look with views of an open kitchen where the chefs create and serve food.

Open from Wednesday to Saturday for dinner and Friday to Sunday for lunch, the philosophy behind etch. is to celebrate local and British produce using weekly changing tasting menus. Offering a 5, 7 or 9-course tasting menu, dishes are created using two main ingredients which showcase the fantastic produce provided by our suppliers.

etch. currently holds a Michelin Plate | 5 Good Food Guide | 3 AA Rosettes.
